We are proud to dedicate a portion of our proceeds to supporting and empowering Detroit citizens, with a specific focus on creating job opportunities that help break the cycle of poverty and unemployment.

By providing meaningful employment in Detroit, we’re not just offering jobs — we’re offering hope. We understand that stable employment is key to reducing poverty and, in turn, can have a direct, positive impact on reducing crime and recidivism. We see firsthand how these opportunities create pathways for personal and economic growth, contributing to the overall well-being of our community.​

Our long-term vision goes even further: we aim to help build and sustain minority- and woman-owned businesses, with the ultimate goal of employing over 200 people.
